Upset Testers
Upset Testing is the quickest and best way of detecting near surface flaws in hot rolled product. The test is quick and easy so it can be done right on the mill floor and the results of the test can be acted on immediately to minimize scrap.
Tensile Test Sample Punches
Using a Tensile Test Sample Punch eliminates the back-up caused in the laboratory by delays in milling samples. Shearing is the preferred method of creating test samples up to a material thickness of 13 mm.
